Customer Experience Attendant

Greet customers cheerfully, answer questions, and assist with loading groceries. Retrieve and empty shopping carts, remove debris, and ensure carts are not left in parking areas. Maintain the parking lot, vestibule, and front-end by sweeping, washing, mopping, and cleaning restrooms and break rooms. Empty trash and recycling receptacles, clear sidewalks of snow and ice, and keep the sales floor free of slip hazards. Operate motor-driven cleaning equipment if over 18 and trained, and notify management of repairs, maintenance needs, or unsafe conditions. Cooperate with co-workers and supervisors to ensure smooth store function.
