Customer Experience Attendant

Greet customers cheerfully, answer questions, and assist with loading groceries into vehicles. Retrieve shopping carts safely, empty them of debris, and remove defective units from service. Keep parking lots, vestibules, and front ends clean by sweeping, washing, mopping, and managing trash and recycling receptacles. Maintain building and surrounding grounds in orderly condition, including clearing snow and ice when needed. Operate motor-driven cleaning equipment if trained, and promptly respond to intercom pages. Notify management of safety hazards, repair needs, or supply shortages. Cooperate with co-workers and supervisors to ensure smooth department function.
