Customer Experience Attendant

Greet customers cheerfully upon entry and exit, answer inquiries, and assist with loading groceries. Retrieve, empty, and sanitize shopping carts while ensuring they are not left in parking areas. Maintain the parking lot, vestibule, and front-end by sweeping, mopping, and removing debris, including snow and ice as needed. Keep restrooms and break rooms clean, replenish supplies, and operate motor-driven cleaning equipment if trained. Assist cashiers with bagging groceries, clear sidewalks of hazards, and notify management of repairs or unsafe conditions. Cooperate with co-workers to ensure smooth store operations.
