Customer Experience Attendant

Greet customers cheerfully upon entry and exit, answer inquiries, and assist with loading groceries into vehicles. Retrieve, empty, and take defective shopping carts from the corral to the front porch, ensuring the parking lot remains clear. Maintain the vestibule, parking lot, and store grounds by sweeping, washing, mopping, cleaning restrooms, and managing trash and recycling receptacles. Keep sales floors and sidewalks free of slip and trip hazards, clearing snow and ice as needed. Operate motor-driven cleaning equipment if over 18 and trained, while reporting safety issues, maintenance needs, and supply shortages to management. Cooperate with co-workers and supervisors to ensure smooth department function.
