Process financial transactions like deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments per standardized operating procedures and TD's Code of Conduct. Understand customer needs to recommend specific banking solutions while resolving concerns using standard procedures or escalating non-standard activities. Connect personally with customers to advise them on banking processes and promote products to refer them to appropriate team members. Achieve assigned goals by completing business processes accurately and assist the team by staying dedicated and keeping everyone updated on routine activities. Deliver quality customer experiences and recommend operational improvements to achieve excellence.
