Customer Experience Associate role focusing on greeting customers, answering questions, resolving concerns, processing payments at front-end, efficiently bagging merchandise, maintaining transaction accuracy and cash drawer security, complying with tobacco/alcohol guidelines, staying updated on weekly ads and store layout, maintaining cleanliness and health/ OSHA standards, and supporting team cooperation to ensure smooth department and store operations while continuously improving performance. PPE usage and potential cross-department assistance are included.
