Job Summary
Customer Experience Associate greets and assists customers, answers questions, resolves concerns, operates front-end scanning equipment and cash register, handles checkout procedures including bagging and ensuring accurate transactions, follows policies for tobacco and alcohol sales, maintains store cleanliness and safety, monitors PPE usage, and collaborates with coworkers to ensure smooth store operation and ongoing performance improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Education and/or experience completed or working towards a High School Diploma or GED
- No prior experience required
- Ability to operate cash register and handle transactions accurately
- Ability to follow store policies regarding sale of tobacco and alcohol
- Ability to maintain store cleanliness and safety standards
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Teamwork and cooperation with coworkers and supervisors
