Job Summary
Customer Experience Associate performs front-end checkout duties: greeting and assisting customers, answering questions, resolving concerns; operates cash register and front-end scanning equipment; bagging merchandise and ensuring accurate transactions; maintains cash drawer security; adheres to tobacco and alcohol sale policies; stays informed on weekly ads and store layout; maintains department sanitation per health/OSHA guidelines; assists in other departments as needed; uses PPE as required; contributes to a cooperative team environment and continuous performance improvement.
