Customer Experience Associate

Customer Experience Associate at Weis Markets located in Conshohocken, PA. Operates front-end scanning equipment and cash register, performs checkout procedures, bags merchandise, and processes payments (cash, checks, electronic payments, coupons). Maintains accurate cash drawer, follows security measures, complies with tobacco and alcohol sale guidelines, stays informed on weekly ads, promotions, and store layout to assist customers. Maintains sanitation and health/OSHA-compliant standards, disposes of trash properly, cooperates with coworkers to keep department and store functioning smoothly, and supports PPE usage and general departmental upkeep. May assist in other departments and is encouraged to pursue growth opportunities within the company.
