Customer Experience Associate

Customer Experience Associate responsible for greeting and assisting customers, answering questions, resolving concerns, operating the front-end checkout, scanning, bagging, and ensuring accurate transactions and compliance with store policies (including tobacco/alcohol rules). Maintains store cleanliness and safety, handles payments and various tender types, and collaborates with coworkers to ensure smooth department and store operations. Requires knowledge of weekly ads and promotions and a commitment to customer satisfaction and continuous performance improvement.
