Job Summary
The Customer Experience Associate greets customers, answers questions, and helps resolve concerns promptly; processes checkout using front-end scanning equipment and cash register, bags merchandise, and ensures accurate payment handling; maintains cash drawer security and follows tobacco/alcohol sale guidelines; stays knowledgeable about weekly ads and store layout to assist customers; ensures sanitation and adherence to health/OSHA standards, disposes of trash, cooperates with coworkers, and supports department operations; may assist in other departments and uses PPE as required to maintain a safe, customer-focused environment.
