Customer Experience Associate

Greet customers, answer questions, and resolve concerns promptly while operating front-end scanning equipment and cash registers. Process transactions accurately for cash, checks, electronic payments, and coupons, ensuring proper bagging and cart placement. Maintain security measures, cash drawer accounting, and compliance with tobacco and alcohol sales guidelines. Perform general sanitation, follow cleaning schedules for displays and counters, and dispose of trash properly. Utilize provided PPE including cut-resistant gloves and safety cutters.
