Job Summary
Customer Experience Associate at Weis Markets responsible for greeting customers, answering questions, resolving concerns promptly, and assisting with checkout using front-end scanning equipment and cash register. Maintain accuracy during transactions, collect appropriate funds, follow security procedures, and comply with tobacco and alcohol sale guidelines. Ensure proper PPE usage, follow sanitation and OSHA guidelines, stay knowledgeable about weekly ads and promotions, assist in other departments as needed, and contribute to a clean, well-maintained store while delivering friendly, team-oriented service to customers.
Required Qualifications
- Education and/or experience completed or working towards a High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
