Customer Experience Associate

Greet customers, answer questions, and resolve concerns promptly while following company policies to increase satisfaction. Operate front-end scanning equipment and cash registers, performing checkout procedures including bagging merchandise and ensuring accurate charging for all items and payments. Maintain security measures and cash drawer accounting, follow legal guidelines for tobacco and alcohol sales, and manage weekly ad knowledge and store layout. Execute general sanitation duties, adhere to cleaning schedules for health and OSHA compliance, and dispose of trash properly. Cooperate with co-workers and supervisors to ensure smooth department function, utilize provided PPE including cut-resistant gloves and safety cutters, and continuously improve job performance. No supervisory responsibilities.
