Customer Experience Associate

Greet customers, answer questions, and resolve concerns promptly while operating front-end scanning equipment and cash registers. Process transactions accurately for all payment methods, including cash, checks, and electronic payments, while maintaining proper security measures and cash drawer accounting. Bag merchandise, manage department sanitation, and follow cleaning schedules to meet health and OSHA requirements. Adhere to store guidelines for tobacco and alcohol sales, utilize provided personal protective equipment, and cooperate with co-workers to ensure smooth department function. This role requires a High School Diploma or GED and supports Weis Markets' commitment to teamwork and community growth.
