Job Summary
Provide personalized customer service in TD Canada Trust branches by processing financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, bill payments), understanding customer needs, and advising appropriate banking solutions. Duties include handling routine transactions, resolving customer concerns through standard procedures, promoting banking solutions to meet business objectives, and contributing to a positive, inclusive team environment. Requires strong communication, organizational skills, proficiency with MS Office, and the ability to work in a fast-paced banking setting. Part-time role located in Port Elgin, Ontario. Training and onboarding provided; provincial regulation applies.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience
