Job Summary
Customer Experience Associate at TD Canada Trust in Fernie, BC. You will process financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, bill payments) per SOP and regulatory guidelines, understand customer needs to recommend banking solutions, respond to customer concerns, promote banking solutions to meet business objectives, and contribute to a positive, diverse work environment. Required Qualifications
- High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset.
