Job Summary
Process financial transactions like deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments per standardized operating procedures and industry regulations. Understand customer needs to recommend specific banking solutions while resolving concerns using standard procedures and escalating non-standard activities as necessary. Achieve assigned goals by promoting banking solutions and completing business processes accurately. Connect personally with customers to advise them on banking solutions and assist the team by promoting team effectiveness and keeping everyone updated on routine activities. Deliver quality customer experiences and recommend operational improvements to achieve excellence.
