Job Summary
Customer Experience Associate focused on delivering world-class support for the Runna app in the UK. Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries via Intercom, escalating technical and coaching issues, authoring Help-Centre articles, and supporting community events. You’ll work Sunday-Thursday 9am-6pm, spending 3 days in the Vauxhall office with hybrid in-office/remote work expectations, and be measured on CSAT and ticket assignments. Strong written communication, empathy, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to improving the customer experience are key. You’ll engage with customers online, resolve coaching-related questions, and contribute to a close-knit UK CX team as Runna integrates with Strava.
