You will assess customer needs to recommend suitable banking solutions, resolve customer concerns, and promote products. Key skills include strong customer service and communication abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office. A high school diploma and relevant experience are essential, while an undergraduate degree is a plus. The position is part time, based in the Quebec region.
