The role supports coordination with suppliers to expedite orders, manage shipments, and perform back-office tasks, with a focus on accuracy, timely resolutions, and high-volume customer interactions. On-site at headquarters in Batavia, IL, the position operates in a collaborative office environment and requires ability to stand/walk during shifts, with seasonal fluctuations in hours (20 hours/week in slower months; 30+ hours/week during busier months, July–October). Key skills include data entry, Microsoft Office, communication (verbal and written), ability to learn new systems, organization, multi-tasking, and customer-service experience.
