Job Summary
Deliver outstanding in-person and phone-based customer service while evaluating jewelry and precious metals using specialized tools. Educate clients on buying and selling gold, silver, and other valuables with transparent, accurate information. Maintain a clean, professional, and organized store environment while supporting day-to-day operations. You will work full-time 8-hour day shifts across our Calgary locations, with bonuses tied to performance. Comprehensive training covers all industry knowledge and tools.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- Comfort with basic math
- Comfort with computer systems
- A motivated, eager-to-learn mindset with a desire to grow
- Full-time employment
- 8-hour shifts
- Day shifts including weekdays and weekends
- Available for weekends
