Customer Experience Associate - Orchard Place, Kelowna, BC (15 hours/week)

As a Customer Experience Associate, you are the face of our branch network, focused on delivering exceptional service and helping customers achieve their financial goals. You will take a proactive approach to discovering needs, process day-to-day transactions, nurture long-standing relationships, and contribute to branch targets by identifying simple sales opportunities. You’ll promote digital and self-service banking options, explain concepts clearly, and support customers in a friendly, tech-savvy manner. The role requires strong customer-service skills, the ability to work in a target-driven environment, a team-oriented mindset, and a willingness to learn and adapt to a flexible schedule. Based in Kelowna, BC, Canada, within the Scotiabank Canadian Banking Branch network.
