Job Summary
Represent the Ollie brand voice to customers and prospective customers, delivering a memorable experience across channels. Manage customer relationships through emails, phones, and our order management system; accurately track and monitor customer feedback and interactions. Drive initiatives to achieve the CX Vision of a world-class, genuinely kind customer experience and help develop agents in KPIs and career growth. Develop and lead projects that improve the Canine Care experience. Requires a Bachelor's degree and prior experience in customer-centric roles; role reports to the Customer Experience Shift Manager. The position is currently fully remote with the team co-locating in Salt Lake City when appropriate, and seeks candidates in or local to Salt Lake City. Required Qualifications
