Job Summary
Customer Experience Associate for RH Luxury Home Furnishings: deliver exceptional service in a polished luxury environment, identify customer needs, pair clients with the right RH Interior Design services and products, collaborate with cross-functional teams, build brand loyalty, and educate design customers on services offered. Requires 1+ years in customer service or luxury retail, strong communication, confidentiality, proficiency with Mac, iOS, Microsoft Office, Salesforce and Google Apps, and ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Travel to nearest gallery as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in Customer Service, high-end furniture and luxury retail preferred
- Poise and confidence to interact with high-end customers while maintaining confidentiality
- Ability to recognize and respond to multiple priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Mac Operating System, IOS devices, Microsoft Office, Salesforce and Google Applications
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays
