Job Summary
Conduct customer interactions to discuss discounts, resolve program issues, and set appointments. Handle incoming calls, collect payments, and process policy changes and bill account setups. Submit claims paperwork and provide proof of insurance documents as requested by representatives. Cross-sell Multi-Line discounts and assist with INFB Health Plans. Manage any additional duties assigned by management while maintaining accuracy in guiding customers through technology. Requires a Property & Casualty license or ability to obtain one within a year, plus three years of customer service experience. Fulltime Monday through Friday schedule with benefits eligibility within 30 days.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 3 years of customer service experience
- Property & Casualty insurance license required or must be able to obtain this license within a year
- Working knowledge of Farm Bureau discounts and programs or ability to learn this information quickly
- Ability to communicate with a variety of audiences
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to interact professionally with our internal and external clients
- Proficient in using Android and Apple phones
- Ability to have patience and understanding in guiding customers through technology
Desired Qualifications
