Job Summary
Process financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, bill payments) following standard procedures and regulations; assess customer needs to recommend banking solutions; resolve routine customer concerns using standard procedures; achieve business objectives by promoting banking solutions and completing processes accurately and timely; connect with customers to provide clear guidance on banking processes; support team effectiveness and personal development; participate in training and development opportunities to grow within TD's client-focused culture.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience
- Strong administration, organizational, planning and time management skills
- MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) proficiency
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in fast-paced environment
- Customer-focused mindset and ability to advise banking solutions
