Customer Experience Associate (Dutch Speaker) Travel Industry | Remote

Handle calls, chats, and emails from travelers and accommodation partners while providing clear, accurate, and friendly assistance for booking and stay inquiries. Resolve issues efficiently using internal tools and procedures to deliver a high level of customer satisfaction in every interaction. This role requires fluency in Dutch and English, with previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail being an advantage. The position is based in Greece and offers a full relocation package including flight and temporary accommodation, along with 25 days of annual leave. You will work within a supportive leadership team focused on communication, empathy, and professionalism.
