Customer Experience Associate - Corydon

Job Summary
Conduct customer interactions to discuss discounts, resolve program issues, and set appointments. Handle incoming calls, collect payments, manage policy changes, and process billing requests. Submit claims paperwork and provide proof of insurance documents for clients. Cross-sell Multi-Line discounts and assist with INFB Health Plans as needed. Maintain accuracy while guiding customers through technology using Android and Apple devices. Requires a Property & Casualty license or ability to obtain one within a year, plus three years of customer service experience. Fulltime Monday through Friday schedule with eligibility for a yearly bonus up to 20% of salary.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 3 years of customer service experience
- Property & Casualty insurance license required or must be able to obtain this license within a year
- Working knowledge of Farm Bureau discounts and programs or ability to learn this information quickly
- Ability to communicate with a variety of audiences
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to interact professionally with our internal and external clients
- Proficient in using Android and Apple phones
- Ability to have patience and understanding in guiding customers through technology
Desired Qualifications
