Job Summary
Customer Experience Associate at TD Canada Trust in Brossard (Part-time, 30h/sem). Interacts with clients to deliver excellent service, processes financial operations (deposits, withdrawals, bill payments) according to standard procedures and regulatory codes, understands client needs to propose banking solutions, and contributes to a positive customer experience. Builds relationships, supports the team, and promotes banking solutions while adhering to conduct and ethics standards; requires strong organization, proficiency with MS Office, and effective communication in French (and English where applicable).
Required Qualifications
- Diplôme d’études secondaires et/ou plus d’une année d’expérience pertinente
- Diplôme universitaire de premier cycle ou équivalent (atout)
- Très bon sens de l’organisation, et solides compétences en administration, en planification et gestion du temps
- Utilisation pratique de la suite MS Office (Word, Excel et Outlook) et d’Internet
- Personne ambitieuse capable d’initiative, axée sur l’exactitude et les détails
- Communicateur dynamique avec compétences en expérience client
