Job Summary
Provide frontline customer experience support for Maersk clients, including customer onboarding, channel and case management, contract and dispute management, and ongoing relationship maintenance. Perform administrative and operational tasks to support customers and internal teams, apply established standards while exercising independent judgment within defined boundaries, escalate non-routine problems to supervision as needed, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure a high-quality, consistent service delivery.
