Job Summary
Customer Experience Associate in the Germany Market Team focusing on identifying opportunities to improve customer experiences through data analysis, collaboration with Design/Content/User Research, and cross-functional partnerships to deliver measurable outcomes in the German market. Responsibilities include monitoring metrics (funnel performance, service KPIs, CSAT), contributing to propositions and journeys, embedding customer-centric decision-making, and ensuring propositions consider local regulatory requirements within Germany.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in a user experience, service design, product, or customer experience role
- Working knowledge of the product development life cycle
- Experience collaborating with stakeholders and building effective working relationships
- Foundational data literacy, with interest/ability to develop analytics skills
- German language proficiency (or willingness to develop) depending on role requirement
