Job Summary
Customer Experience and Professional Education Specialist at the Sydney Institute will serve as onsite experience ambassador, coordinating end-to-end institute events, welcoming customers and healthcare professionals, managing space requirements and AV, ensuring compliant, high-quality educational experiences, and supporting the Professional Education strategy. Responsibilities include event intake/scheduling, vendor partnerships, site processes, safety/compliance, content proposals for in-site screens, sharesPoint site management, capacity planning for clinician development, governance-aligned education programs, dashboarding/evaluation of Professional Education effectiveness, and cross-functional collaboration with Professional Education Managers. Required: Diploma/Degree qualification or related field experience; desirable: 4+ years in MedTech or related administration/event management roles with strong customer experience orientation and regulatory/compliance knowledge. The role is Hybrid in North Ryde, NSW, Australia within the Johnson & Johnson DePuy Synthes business unit.
