Job Summary

Join DoorDash as a Marketplace Live Operations Representative handling inbound calls, chats, and emails for partner merchants, customers, and dashers worldwide. You will resolve time-sensitive issues (payments, account questions, driver issues) with professionalism, develop in-depth knowledge of DoorDash processes and systems, and use them to drive positive outcomes. Ideal candidates will have 1+ year of troubleshooting experience across email/phone/chat, fluent English with strong written communication, high emotional intelligence, excellent teamwork, and strong technical fluency including smartphone and computer navigation. This is a full-time, remote role with a schedule that may include evenings, weekends, or holidays, and comes with a comprehensive benefits package and performance bonuses.

Required Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience troubleshooting customer issues using email, phone, and chat
  • Fluent English and above-average technical fluency (typing speed 40 WPM)
  • Experience in a fast-paced customer service role and resilience in a changing environment
  • Excellent written communication skills with strong grammar and brand-appropriate tone
  • Highly-motivated, team-oriented, customer-centric, and emotionally intelligent
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage issue resolution with concise communication
  • Experience maintaining professionalism in customer interactions
  • Comfort with using technology for navigation and task execution
