Job Summary
As a Customer Experience Agent, you will deliver exceptional customer service at Elevation Place and Canmore Recreation Centre, assisting members and visitors through various inquiries via phone, email, or in-person. Required skills include strong communication abilities and experience in customer service, particularly within recreation or hospitality. You will manage cash handling and membership sales, while contributing to a positive work environment and promoting community wellness. Availability for evening and weekend shifts is required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two years’ experience in front line customer service in recreation, hospitality, or another similar field
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Able to manage a high volume of customer comments, inquiries, and requests
- Intermediate level of computer skills in Microsoft Office programs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in recreation, hospitality, kinesiology, physical education, business, or sales
- Current Intermediate First Aid (Standard First Aid) and CPR Certification, including AED
