Job Summary
Customer Loyalty Advocate responsible for answering inbound calls, emails, chats, and texts; de-escalating customer concerns with empathy; educating customers on services; updating service, billing, and warranty details; scheduling appointments; collaborating across departments; identifying upsell opportunities; and processing payments while supporting Inside Sales as needed. Requires strong communication, calm demeanor, and ability to thrive in a high-volume environment. Based in or eligible to work in NJ/PA/MD/DE with remote work option.
Required Qualifications
- Customer service experience (preferred in pest control or high-volume call settings)
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
- Comfort working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365; PestPac experience preferred
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, and use computer/phone for extended periods
- Willingness to work two Saturdays per month
