Job Summary
Customer Experience Advisor at El Car Wash in West Palm Beach, FL. You’ll welcome customers, educate them about the Unlimited Membership, convert interest into loyalty, and turn service into sales while maintaining a clean, welcoming site. You’ll log customer feedback in Micrologic, flag issues, and share insights with the team. Bring reliable attendance and a polished, energetic presence; build rapport quickly; stay goal-oriented and empathetic to resolve concerns on the spot. Must be comfortable with POS systems and site technology, and be available for evenings, weekends, and holidays; outdoor conditions are common. Prior sales, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus, and bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus in South Florida markets.
