Job Summary
Customer Experience Advisor for a 6-month contract across Ecommerce and Wholesale channels. You’ll be the first point of contact, handling inquiries, processing orders, resolving issues, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience across phone, email, and live chat. Responsibilities include order management using systems such as Unleashed and Gorgias, cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Dispatch, Marketing, and Account Management, and ongoing process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction. Prior experience in customer service, preferably in hospitality, wholesale/B2B or ecommerce, with strong communication and CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Gorgias, Unleashed) is desirable. A proactive, adaptable team player who can switch between departments and channels as priorities shift will excel; a passion for sustainability and high service standards is valued.
