Customer Expereince Associate

Smiles and greets customers, answers questions, and resolves concerns promptly while operating front-end scanning equipment and cash registers. Perform checkout procedures including bagging merchandise, ensuring accurate transactions for cash, checks, and electronic payments. Maintain security measures and cash drawer accounting, follow store guidelines for tobacco and alcohol sales, and manage general sanitation and cleaning schedules to meet health and OSHA requirements. Disposes of trash properly and utilizes provided personal protective equipment. Cooperates with co-workers and supervisors to ensure smooth department function. No supervisory responsibilities.
