Customer Excellence Senior Agent

CX Collector role for Iron Mountain’s Customer Excellence team focusing on aging profile and DSO improvement. Responsibilities include executing collection actions via telephone and dunning letters, resolving invoice disputes using the Oracle Advanced Collection Module, achieving cash collection and invoice query targets, and providing data for internal and external reporting. You will build relationships with internal stakeholders (Billing, Legal, Commercial) and external clients, identify process improvements, and collaborate with management to implement new procedures. The position is based in Cluj-Napoca, Romania with hybrid options available, and requires French (C1/B2+) and English (B2) language skills, as well as prior experience in a large-value commercial Credit Control environment. Educational background in the Economic field is desirable.
