Job Summary
Coordinate customer strategy execution within bp's Fuel Supply & Midstream and Mobility & Convenience Sales teams to drive customer excellence. Support execution of the Sales strategy by managing customer contractual commitments, SAP/Salesforce setup, data reporting, volume demand forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration with Legal, Marketing, Finance, Supply, and other departments. Contribute to business development, offers delivery, and operational excellence through process improvements, contract tracking, data governance, and strong relationship management. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in sales/related roles; proficiency with Excel/PowerPoint and experience with SAP/Salesforce is a plus. Role is based in Pune, India, and operates in a hybrid office/remote arrangement with a US shift alignment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 3+ years of experience supporting Sales, Supply, Marketing and/or finance organizations
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel and PowerPoint)
- Experience with SAP and Salesforce is a plus
- Customer-facing experience of 3+ years; preferably with North America customers
