Job Summary
Customer Engineering Manager responsible for leading Design and Manufacturing Engineering linked to customer projects, driving on-time delivery and meeting QCT targets, providing inputs on hours budgets and quotes during AVP phases, ensuring quality, cost, and timing targets for OPTIMAP deliverables and related equipment, offering technical and managerial support to the team, ensuring convergence to budget/timing/quality, resolving deep red engineering issues, achieving project KPIs (D&D hours, DRP, DR, QUAD, CTQ, RFT, CT, Wt. Scrap), and continuously improving standards (quality procedures, KEOPS, Optimap, PLMONE) in coordination with the Know how center. Experience indicated as 20-25 years; location hints show EXT-PUNE PL, India, ENGINEERING & DEVELOPMENT, Long Term/At will. The role emphasizes senior leadership in product design and manufacturing within an Indian engineering environment."
