Job Summary
As a Customer Engineer at Tavus, you will collaborate directly with customers to debug integrations and build proofs of concept, while also enhancing the core platform by developing SDKs and prototypes. Your role will involve collecting customer feedback, identifying patterns for product improvements, and testing pre-release features. Success in this role is measured by improved customer integration experiences and influencing product priorities based on field learnings.
