Job Summary
Customer Engineer - Power role based in Sydney, Australia focusing on commissioning, service contract maintenance, and after-hours service for power equipment. Responsibilities include completing service reports, accurate time sheets, obtaining customer sign-off on Field Service Reports, maintaining stock levels for service vans, and promoting opportunities in sales and service. Requires maintenance of customer relationships, compliance with Work Health & Safety obligations, and the ability to travel to remote sites with occasional overnight trips. Candidates should have an Electrical/Electronics Trade Certificate (ideally) and a relevant state electrical licence, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and a proven power-industry service background; strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills are essential.
