Job Summary
Perform service tasks for UPS, power distribution units, and battery systems, including installation, commissioning, and emergency repairs. Provide on-site and phone assistance to customers while maintaining safety protocols and adhering to the 14-hour work rule. Communicate with technical support, implement field change notices, and complete scheduled maintenance documentation to achieve first-time fixes. Manage administrative duties such as timecards, expense reports, and inventory cycle counts. Travel frequently for weekend, evening, and holiday assignments to meet response time requirements.
