Job Summary
Build positive relationships with clients by understanding their travel interests and goals while assisting with evaluating destinations, vacation packages, cruises, and travel experiences. Research accommodations, transportation, tours, and activities to provide personalized recommendations based on client preferences, schedules, and budgets. Support clients throughout the planning, booking, and preparation process by communicating via phone, email, messaging platforms, and virtual meetings. Coordinate reservation details with supplier partners and monitor itinerary updates, confirmations, and travel requests. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and booking information while staying informed about destination highlights, supplier promotions, and industry developments. Deliver professional, responsive service that enhances the overall client experience. Required Qualifications
