Job Summary
Connect with clients to understand vacation interests, travel goals, and preferences while exploring options for resorts, cruises, guided vacations, accommodations, and activities. Assist with gathering trip details, coordinating travel arrangements, and sharing destination information based on client interests. Help oversee reservation progress, confirm accurate travel details, and provide ongoing support before and after bookings are completed. Maintain organized customer information and activity records while staying informed about supplier promotions and new travel opportunities. Participate in virtual learning programs and team collaboration meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US, UK, Mexico, Australia, Spain, or other qualifying regions
