Job Summary
Customer Engagement Specialist responsible for coordinating quotes, orders, modifications, and cancellations via phone or email; partner with Sales to ensure seamless customer experience; monitor system-generated reports to manage open orders and quotes; maintain ERP backorder reports and CRM data; act as primary internal contact for customers, collaborating across Sales, Operations, Finance, and Warehouse; investigate non-conformances and implement timely resolutions; in-office role focused on delivering exceptional service in a distribution/manufacturing environment; requires strong organization, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
Required Qualifications
