Customer Engagement Rep

Job Summary
Customer Engagement Representative will respond to rental equipment inquiries, develop and issue quotes for products/services, assist in branch sales/marketing through calls and emails, update and manage the database, verify orders, coordinate delivery/pickup, locate equipment and manage shipping logistics, handle billing/invoicing and credit card processing, maintain contract files and customer correspondence, and support cross-office operations. Requires a High School Diploma/GED or Higher and about 2 years of customer service experience in environmental/safety or rental fields; proficient with Microsoft Office; strong communication, analytical thinking, and teamwork in a fast-paced office environment.
Required Qualifications

- 2 years of Customer Service Experience, preferably in the environmental/safety or rental field
