Job Summary
Intake customer inquiries regarding equipment rental, order status, and product sales; develop and issue quotes while recording outcomes in Pine's database. Review customer orders to confirm details, assist in branch sales via phone and email, and communicate order confirmations upon delivery. Update the database with call-off information, assist in scheduling deliveries, locate equipment, and manage shipping logistics. Enter repair orders, process POs, handle billing and credit card transactions, and maintain contract files. Help provide solutions for customer issues and promote a positive health and safety attitude. This role supports branch growth and outside sales teams within an office environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED or Higher
- 2 years of Customer Service Experience, preferably in the environmental/safety or rental field
- Excellent Communication Skills- Written, Verbal, Interpersonal, and Phone
- Ability to think analytically, with focus on problem troubleshooting
- A flexible and strong team player that can work in a fast-paced environment
- Microsoft Office proficient
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs assisted or unassisted
